How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (5 during peak holiday periods). Once shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way. Please note: carriers may experience delays during busy seasons.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return & exchange policy?
We do not accept returns on candles. However, if you’d like to exchange a scent you ordered for another, we are happy to accommodate exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the candle is unused, unlit, and returned in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Please email [support@habbhome.com] with your order number to initiate an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel, please email [support@habbhome.com] within 24 hours. Orders that have already been prepared for shipment cannot be canceled.

CANDLE INGREDIENTS

What are your candles made of?
All Habb Home candles are hand-poured using a vegan soy coconut wax blend. Soy coconut burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin, making it a more sustainable choice.

Our wicks are 100% braided cotton and lead-free.

Are your fragrances natural?
We use a blend of high-quality fragrance oils and essential oils. All fragrances are phthalate-free and adhere to IFRA safety standards.

What is the fragrance load?
Each candle carries a 10–12% fragrance load, ensuring a rich, balanced scent throw without being overpowering.

CANDLE CARE & SAFETY

How do I burn my candle evenly?
Always trim the wick to ¼" before lighting and allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time.

Can I repurpose my candle jar?
Absolutely. Once your candle is finished, gently remove any leftover wax and wick, then repurpose your jar for storage, décor, or as a planter.

What are your candle safety tips?

• Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts and flammable items.

• Never leave a candle unattended or within reach of children or pets.

• Stop burning when ¼" of wax remains.

• Do not use the lid to extinguish the flame.
