Returns
Habb Home does not accept returns on our candles. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, and all sales are considered final.

Exchanges
We do offer exchanges if you would like to swap a scent you ordered for another.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unlit, and returned in original packaging with all inserts intact.

  • Shipping fees apply: customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping cost of the replacement candle.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at [support@habbhome.com] with your order number, the scent you’d like to exchange, and your preferred replacement.

Condition of Exchanges
All items will be inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if products appear used, burned, or do not meet our return requirements.

Processing Time
We’ll process your exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once processed, you’ll receive tracking information for your replacement candle.

Damages & Issues
Candles should be stored in a cool, dry place and removed from shipping boxes promptly upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective candle, or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [support@habbhome.com] with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo.

  • If available, a replacement will be shipped quickly.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Please note: Our candles are made with 100% natural vegan soy coconut wax. Slight variations in color or small imperfections in the wax are normal and do not affect performance. For best results, we recommend burning your candles within one year of purchase.
