Orders ship within 2 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During holiday seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email - standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.99 on all orders. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed and a shipment confirmation with trackingonce your order is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Habb Home cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen please contact the carrier assigned to your order and begin an investigation.
In cases where your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, it may be helpful to check with your neighbors as packages are frequently delivered to the wrong addresses. In the case your package is marked as delivered late in the evening or on a weekend it is likely the carrier prematurely marked your package as delivered and is likely it will deliver the next business day. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for shipments that are marked as delivered but claimed to not be received.
Damaged Items
Did your candles arrive with a bruise (or worse)? Please email us [support@habbhome.com] a photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 7 days, and we’ll quickly assess to determine if a replacement is needed.
If the order you received is incorrect, please contact, [support@habbhome.com] with photos of the product you received along with the packing slip.
